What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and the time of other guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Do we offer free parking?

Yes, we do! And it is easy to navigate/off street parking.

Do we have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have complimentary wi-fi for all your needs!

Do we have complimentary snacks & beverages?

Yes, everything from breakfast snacks, to healthy snack, to savory chips. We also offer coffees, teas, seltzer waters & regular waters.

Are we animal friendly?

YES! Please bring in your 4 legged loves

Are we kid friendly?

I do take children appointments. I recommend not bringing children in to your appointments for color services & other lengthy appointments if possible.
